In order to be entitled to federal loans a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) has to be completed and aid is granted in relation to student need, tuition rates at the college, along with other factors. I must add, I have never had just about any emotional disorder in my life and am a skeptic of anti-depressants. The application deadline is in late April, but it's best to apply much sooner.
